Well there was a while when it didn't look good for the win. The crowd didn't make much noise during our movie and I was doubtful that we would win. But when the festival president said "The Little King Treading Water" we knew that we had done something great. I feel good about it. It was a small battle but it was decisive. We took home the crystal awards and I spent the week trying to figure out how to make a larger longer film. For that we will need a budget. Larger than the $140 we spent on this one. Many things are on my mind right now. Most of them not helped by the large amount of Entourage that I have been digesting.
Our crew should be proud. I am. But like Bob Marley said "Don't be to proud today." It's time to move on. My life is out of control. All I think about it media, how to make it, who to make it with, make it bigger and better all the time. Where will it take us. I don't know but I do know that the harder I work at it the better it feels. Happiness and serenity comes with a job well done.
Thanks to all those that helped me get this far. Those dead and alive. Your memories live in all my actions.
