BREAKING NEWS

I'm really excited to report that we've finished another film for the San Jose 48 hour film race competition. Matt Donaldson, Allison Ayer and I put together a great cast and team to get Spindrift done. The film turned out awesome and we showed it for the first time last night in San Jose. The crowd cheered loudly when it was done. Spindrift was the last movie to play of the night before a retrospective session that a small crowd attended. Allison and I watch another one of her films from this years San Francisco 48 hour race.
All around me I have great people and I really am loving putting together these great short films and being involved with people who share a similar vision. Allison and I also put some work together for another film called Contrition for the San Francisco 7x7. That film won the best screen play and I was nominated for best cinematographer and Allison for best director.
The Sacramento 10x10 was a huge win for us also. We really enjoyed that win and I was really grateful for the Sacramento crowd that put us up on the stage to get those awards.
Tomorrow I head to work on a music video for the Fairfield band Slowburn. We have shot 6 days on the video with several locations, sets, cars and actors. It's a big 60s time piece. It's going to be a success.
All and all this month has been fantastic. Things are falling in to place and it's been a great ride.

Thanks,
James
