Hanging Out With My Folks

I'm at home for the evening in Sacramento hanging out with my family. This is the first time in a while that I had dinner at home. We've all been in and out of town so I came from SF this morning to spend the day and figure out some travel plans for the next few months. It looks like I'll be leaving for Nepal on the 25th via Delhi, India. Then I'll jump on a connecting flight to Kathmandu. From there I'll be using a legistical service called Summit Climb. They run ground legistics and guided climbs for almost all the mountains in the area. I'm tempted to also attempt an 8000 meter peak as well but I don't really have the funding or partners too.
The flight is in 6 weeks so I have a limited amount of time to prepare. The trip will have two stages. First, Ama Dablam. The expedition starts on the 1st of October and ends a month later on Nov. 1st. The mountain is 23.350 ft. (close) and requires techniqual climbing, meaning rock and Ice. I am optimistic that my partners will not flake out, as this has been the case on numerous expeditions throughout the years.
Secondly, mountain biking the treking circuits in Nepal. I have little details on this as of yet but it looks like I"ll be riding and visiting the sites on my bike. All the trails are legal in Nepal, or so it seems. A nice change from Mt. Tam in Marin where mountain biking was made illeagal by the Ranger Nazi's.
I have some training to do. I have a good base but need to ramp up some cardio and crossfit type workouts to maximize what i've got. That's where you come in NATE. I need a workout schedule for the next 6 weeks.

I'm all over it Boss. Get with me on the tele and I'll lay it out for you.

How do you feel about doing two workouts a day? That's been my schedule for a long time and I feel like it's been extremely productive.
